Food waste has a huge impact on our environment, and by stopping perfectly edible food from going to waste, we’re helping to lower our city’s carbon footprint. We aim to campaign, raise awareness and work with food businesses to stop food waste from happening in the first place, and help to fix our broken food system. Sustainability is truly at the heart of everything we do.
