Once balloons leave the house it is the customers responsibility to look after the balloons using the guidance on the care c

ard provided with every display. No refunds will be given except under exceptional circumstances where a balloon is found to be faulty it will be replaced or an alternative will be offered. We are open and operating contactless deliveries and a collection service. Local deliveries where necessary will observe contactless drop offs.
