Our menu changes weekly and we take orders on a preorder basis, with each menu being released on a Monday. Deliveries are Fri/ Sat within Glasgow, and we offer pickup as well.

A wee update from Yu-ca-taco!!!
A few of you have been asking about home deliveries so here is an official update!
As most of you know, we are a small 2 person business with a few amazing staff who help out at events. This means it's tricky to juggle a calendar full of private events and festivals in the summer season and keep a 16 month old entertained without childcare 😂 We try and find at least a couple of weeks where we don't have events to bring you our home delivery platters. To cut a long story short we will be back at the end of September with our meal kits! And we will be on for a few weeks at a time until December.
But fear not, if that sounds far away, we have some public events coming up very soon!
Find us at on September 7 and 8 serving tacos all day, and an upcoming event with that we will be announcing details of very soon.

Exciting news taco fans!! We will be back at this year Sep 7 & 8!! A favourite of ours over the last few years, the vibes at Clydebuilt are. Great traders, boat races, fresh seafood, arts and crafts stalls, boats to explore, kids activities, live music, and so much more! Make sure you don't miss out this year!!
We will be announcing a few more public events soon! We've been catering so many weddings recently so we're so excited to be back out doing some public events and seeing all your lovely faces before the season ends 😁

Meal kits are back and this week's menu is open for orders! We have tack or burrito platters available on our website, and order close at Wed 10pm for delivery this Fri and Sat all around Glasgow. These kits are easy easy, just pop them in the oven, settle in for the weekend and tuck into your Mexican Feast.
As always we are gluten free, and have vegan and vegetarian options available! Most other allergies also catered to, so don't be shy, pop a order in!
Did we mention FISH TACOS ARE BACK. Make sure to get your orders in before we sell out, as there's only so much fish a girl can fry fresh in one day 😁😂

Meal kits will be back next week for 2 weeks!! 🎉 You heard it right, we will be launching a home delivery menu on Monday, with 2 weeks of deliveries in the calendar. It's been a busy few months for us with lots of weddings and corporate events, but we're so excited to be bringing our heat and eat meal kits back for a couple of weeks in amongst it all.

Hello hello! Sorry for the radio silence everyone! We've been busy working away at weddings over the past few weeks, including tonight. But we have some exciting news!
Find us at Beer Fest next Saturday 22nd June. We'll be joined by a great lineup of local food and drink stalls, so come on down and get some tacos made by the masters. This is our first public event in a while, and with ihr calendar full of private events and weddings you better not miss out in this chance to quench the taco thirst.

As our calendar over the next 6 weeks is choc a block full of weddings and private events (and a few public events we'll be sharing the details of very soon) we will be doing our last delivery platters this weekend! Burritos are back, and we have some tantalising new dishes joining the repertoire this week! It's the return of the soup, with a brand new black bean and corn soup, we have ricotta stuffed courgettes, silky slow cooked courgettes, our famous pork pibil and green chicken are making a return, and who's up for some meatball burritos?!

We have Corn and courgette timbales (think crust less quiche) in chilli bechamel, as well as our classic Mexican potato salad for starters, fish tacos are back!! And we have some enticing new mains to try including a lentil, pineapple and plantain dish, and some delicious desserts including a coconut flan and the return of our Mexican banoffee pie!!!

The sun is shining and we’re on countdown to what will be a spectacular weekend, whatever the weather – Open Weekend on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 May.
We are excited to have been invited to feature during Port Edgar’s 10th anniversary of the Open Weekend, which returns for the first time since COVID.
More than 10,000 visitors from across central Scotland have previously attended the event at the amazing visitor destination tucked under the three Forth bridges in South Queensferry. Come and enjoy some watersports sessions, streetfood and drinks, shopping, DJs and kids’ activities between 10am and 5pm both days.
We’ll be there with other vendors such as and more!
For anyone arriving by car, there will be a £5 parking donation for the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation.

You heard it right, it's Turkish Fusion Week!!
Inspired by a recent trip to Turkey we are bringing you the best in Turkish Mexican fusion, with some tantalising stewed mains, fresh salads and new salsas/dips including Cacik (a Turkish tzatziki) and Mexican Hummus (a customer favourite). Expect some new flavours with the same love and care as our usual platters. But this time you can try something new!
THIS WEEK we will be delivering on SAT and SUN as we are catering a film set on Friday. So plan accordingly and sort your weekend feast by Wed 10pm at Yucataco.com 👍
We are also off next week (May 4th/5th) as we will be at for their open day on Saturday and Sunday, so come along then to get your taco fix there along with a host of other amazing traders, and tons of activities for kids and adults alike!

Hello Taco fans and Mexican food lovers!! Announcements incoming!!
Short story is: We're back with deliveries in April! 🎉
Long story is: Sorry for the radio silence! We've been taking time in our off season to finish some long overdue renovations and spend some quality family time with our almost one year old (I know right?). She's now walking and curious as ever, and we couldn't be happier 😊 When you run your own business time off doesn't really exist, and it's all too easy to get caught up in emails and social media and scheduling. But with a family, it's important to take that time before summer kicks off. So thank you all for your patience! We couldn't do it without you.
DATE CONFIRMED: We will be returning on Monday 15th April with our home deliveries!!! 🎉🎉🎉 so keep an eye on our socials and calendar, sign up to our mailing list and prepare to feast!!
We also have some public food truck events starting in May, and we'll be announcing details of these over the next few weeks.

As we head into December (boo) we will be doing one last taco/burrito platter, a special festive platter next week and then we're off until Feb! (except for a few private events for some super lucky Glasgow folk 😁)

Yu-ca-taco - Real. Mexican. Street Food
We’ve never met a person who didn’t like real Mexican food. Sure, greasy tex-mex can be divisive, but nobody eats a refreshingly delectable, traditional Yucatan taco and turns away a second one. In 2010, Mexican food was recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, but we go one step further: we believe that access to this life-changing cuisine should be upgraded to a universal human right. Scottish people have limited access to such food, so in lieu of a Government-Funded Mexican-Food Relief-Scheme (or GFMFRS) we have taken it upon ourselves to provide this essential service to people on both sides of the fence (Celtic and Rangers supporters) all across this fine land.
Our menu includes traditional soft-shell corn tortillas, filled with slow cooked meat (and beans for the Veggies), topped with fresh salads and home-made salsas.
Yu-ca-taco’s founding philosophy is to provide high quality traditional Mexican food (to those who might otherwise not have access to it) at an affordable price. We believe in local and responsible food sourcing, especially when it comes to meat, which comes from Scottish farms and aim to completely eliminate plastic waste by avoiding single-use plastics.
Since the Covid-19 we were forced to cancel all public facing events. We regrouped and pivoted, and are now offering home delivered meal kits straight to your doorstep in Glasgow. Our menu changes every week based on what’s seasonal and available, and what we think you’ll love, all underpinned by classic, authentic Mexican flavours.
