BRAND NEW MATCHES ANNOUNCED

New British Promotions management received two calls over the weekend.

One was from Mikey Andrews, explaining that he had retired from wrestling and would be emigrating to Suriname with immediate effect.

The second was from 'Juggernaut' Jon Allens, who protested that the 'Real Man's Challenge' can only be contested in one-on-one contests.

Thusly, here are two brand new matches as announced by NBP management:

'Juggernaut' JON ALLENS will now face AXEL JUSTICE, one-on-one, in the 'Real Man's Challenge'.

And, there will now be a triple threat match as part of the wildcard tournament, featuring GUNNARSSON vs. Lance Flashman vs. Your Obsession Kid Rothrock - Wrestler.

As only one person can advance from the triple threat match, an additional match will be contested in the interim to determine the final semi-final participant.

WHAT IS THE "WILDCARD TOURNAMENT"?

We know that Young Horus will be the next to challenge for the NBP Championship. And Tommy Rocker will face the winner of that match. But, what happens after that?

The Wildcard Tournament will answer that question. Beginning on Saturday, 22nd February and concluding in the summer, the winner will challenge for the NBP Title. And, not only that, but he will also be able to choose the stipulation for the match.

CAN HORUS WIN THE BIG ONE?

On our last event, Young Horus defeated Shawwal the Great in a match that was supposed to be for a future NBP Title Match. However, controversy erupted when Mr. Lee falsely claimed that the referee made a fast count. ‼

Since then, Horus has continued to confront Project Mayhem, even getting chokeslammed off the ring apron by Shawwal before a Kingdom Wrestling event in Bradford. 💀

The NBP Champion, in response, stated that he will only defend the Title against Horus if Dante gets to choose the stipulation. Horus agreed, and Dante has chosen a Lumberjack match 🌲⚒, with the rest of Project Mayhem surrounding the ring.

Can Young Horus still find a way to become Champion? Or will he become just another victim of Dante Durden and Project Mayhem?

ISN'T TOMMY ROCKER THE #1 CONTENDER?

During our last visit to Hoyland, Tommy Rocker defeated Gunnarsson to become the new #1 contender. 🥇

But, also on that show, Dan Demain turned on the mentor of both himself and Rocker, driving that mentor from NBP in the process. 🚪

As a result, Tommy has opted to postpone his challenge for New British Promotions Title, and do the same to Demain as Demain did to Tiger McGuigan: force him to say "I Quit!" 🏳

This match will have the added caveat that the loser may never again wrestle in Barnsley.

Will Tommy get revenge on Dan? Or will Demain drive Tommy from NBP, as well?
