Through his high profile and longstanding residencies, radio shows and compilation CDs, Seb has been at the forefront of the scene for many years and continues to showcase his talents at high-profile gigs and festivals around the world as well as consulting on logistics and artists at various events worldwide.

Seb Fontaine is without doubt one of the most versatile DJs around and is in demand the world over blending a perfect mix of music and styles from old and new making him one of the most successful party DJs.

Not only is Seb a regular in all clubs from London to Ibiza, he is also now touring Australia later this year. Expect a set of superb house music that will get you moving and a grooving, at one of the best venues in the area with one of the biggest sound systems!

Jon Cooper AKA Jon Pleased Wimmin is a UK DJ who grew up in London and rose to fame in the club world during the 1990’s where his flamboyant cross-dressing and stylish presence became a force to be reckoned with.

An immediate hit with the crowd, requests for guest slots came in thick and fast and he became a regular fixture at clubs nationwide such as Puschca, Venus, Fabric, Back To Basics, Miss Moneypennies, Slam, Pacha, Space, The Pod, Ministry of Sound, Cream and Renaissance amongst many others.

Overseas beckoned and by the end of the 1990’s Jon had played pretty much everywhere from Ibiza, Buenos Aires, Japan, South America, Australia, South Africa, Singapore, USA and more, alongside the whole of Europe.

Expect a superb blend of uplifting house music with style and passion!

Merseyside hero Ian Prowse is a guitarist, singer-songwriter, and frontman of Amsterdam and previously the frontman of indie cult band Pele.

Raised on protest songs, influenced by the Celtic sounds that make Liverpool so unique, and inspired by the song writing craftsmanship of Paul Weller, Mike Scott, Bruce Springsteen and Elvis Costello, Ian’s 30-year song writing career and 100% committed live shows have gathered him a reputation as the ‘Scouse Springsteen’ amongst his devoted fans.

Amsterdam saw success with their first single ‘The Journey’ hitting the UK top 40, but it’s their song ‘Does This Train Stop on Merseyside?’ which reduced John Peel to tears live on Radio 1 because of its connection with Liverpool, the city he loved, as well as being the centrepiece of Irish legends Christy Moore’s No.1 album ‘Listen’.

Pele’s first 3 singles stormed the Radio 1 A-List with Megalomania reaching No.1 in the South Africa charts. Ian is fresh off his successful Fireworks 30 Tour with his band Amsterdam and is enjoying success as the support of choice for Elvis Costello, The Wonder Stuff and The Blow Monkeys.

Absolutely fantastic evening working with my cricketing hero Lord Ian Botham. Outstanding and hilarious story telling from both Ian and Geoff Miller. Very insightful, honest and heart warming interview and a brilliant Q&A from the sold out audience. A heart felt thankyou to our friends at Lashings. Scott, Fitz and all the Lashings team helping with the amazing auction and raffle with some serious money being raised for the charities. Special mention to Ed Giddins and his wonderful charity work aswell. Great to meet you. Shout out to the Cheese and Grain crew Jayne, Jade and the team, Thankyou. Lastly, lovely to to see Frome and Somersets own Colin Dredge and family at the show and getting the plaudits (and banter😂) he richly deserved. Here's to the next one?👍

Harry Redknapp will be making a very special intimate appearance at The Cheese and Grain on Thursday 13th June, regaling us with stories from his hugely successful career in Football and TV.

After the sellout show in 2023 – Roni Size returns to Frome!

This year Roni brings another of the founding members of his critically acclaimed band Reprazent, Dynamite MC will join him onstage for what will certainly be another earth-shaking Drum and Bass performance.

Expect meticulously crafted breakbeats at a hyper-kinetic pace from one of the legends of the Bristol music scene. Support comes from Frome’s own – John the Hat brings his worldly collection of party starters, before Toby Spin and Bassweight Collective’s Prospa up the tempo to Jungle and set the scene for Roni’s 90-minute takeover.

A truely stunning performance last night from Absolute Bowie Band. One of the first bands FAB ever worked with years ago and it's a still a real pleasure right now. Accept no substitute as this band is the only lovingly created and best live homage to the star man out there!
So thanks Jon and the boys.⚡️ and thanks to all the Bowie fans that danced and sang their little socks off. Amazing evening. ✌️x

Lord Ian 'Beefy' Botham will talk through the peaks and valleys of his illustrious cricket career - hijinks, scandals and all!

Ian Botham was not merely the top English cricketer of the 1980s but the leading sports personality of the era. One of the undisputed world-class players in the England side of the 1980s, he was capable of turning a match singlehandedly. His greatest individual achievements came during England's triumphant 1981 Ashes campaign against Australia when he set up two unlikely victories. In the Headingley Test, he made a match-winning 149 not out when England seemed to be struggling and about to lose the series, and his ferocious 118 in the second innings at Old Trafford has been described as one of the best Test innings of all time.

Beefy also played 116 one-day internationals for his country, scoring 2,113 runs and taking 145 wickets. Although reaching the end of his international career by the early 1990s, he was an integral member of the England side which lost the final of the 1992 World Cup to Pakistan.

At English county level, he played some inspirational cricket for Somerset between 1974 and 1986. He then had spells with Worcestershire, from 1987 to 1991, and for Durham, from 1992 to 1993. He retired from the first-class game in 1993 and quickly achieved widespread respect as a shrewd cricket summariser on Sky Television.

Geoff Miller OBE. A hugely respected figure in the world of cricket both through his time playing the game and his responsibilities afterwards, it’s hard to argue that there’s a man who knows more about the game.

A former England test stalwart, the first National Selector of the ECB and most recently President of Derbyshire County Cricket Club, throughout his life and career, Geoff has always maintained an active interest in one of our country’s most loved sports.

Following his retirement, Geoff has established himself as a highly entertaining after dinner speaker, he is never short of an amusing story about what went on in touring parties and on the domestic scene – a quality that saw him voted Sporting Speaker of the Year in both 2013 and 2014 and Cricket Speaker of the Year for the past 4 years. Geoff is sure to have the crowds in raptures.
