and soul into making sure you’re over the moon with your final photos & films. Overall, I’d love you to feel like you’ve invited an extra friend to your wedding. My approach is relaxed, unobtrusive and natural, capturing moments as they unfold. My style is nature inspired, relaxed and authentic, capturing genuine chemistry and real emotion throughout your whole day from morning preparations through until your evening celebrations. Your wedding photos and films are an investment; memories to revisit for years to come and even share with your kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. A balmy August evening on Porthtowan Beach made their engagement session super special, topped off with a romantic stroll along the cliff path with the rugged Cornish coastline as the perfect backdrop ❤️ These two were full of laughs and giggles! I can’t wait to capture their wedding next May ❤️

A fairytale elopement at a Cornish castle 🤍

The few hours I spent with these two were simply dreamy! James styled Emily’s hair for her (what a man!!🤍), the most stunning bouquet and confetti homemade by Emily from flowers they grew in their garden, plus, isn’t Emily’s veil the most gorgeous one you’ve ever seen?!

Following the most heartfelt personal vows (yes, we all got emotional! 🥹) we explored the beautiful gardens and adventured to Praa Sands for some fun on the beach where I left these beauties with their little picnic. Super romantic!

I literally love my job! Capturing all your beautiful wedding days and getting to know my gorgeous couples is my passion and I honestly think I have the best job in the world!

My style is natural and relaxed, capturing your special day as moments unfold.

I adore golden hour! It’s my favourite time of the day when the light is lower, beautifully golden and makes for the most romantic portraits so if time and weather allows be prepared for a mini adventure on your wedding day ❤️

I have a range of packages from big to small. My most popular being my Photo & Video package - essentially a great deal combining my Full Day Photography & Highlights Film packages.

This was such an epic day with a record amount of photos captured, while possibly being the largest wedding I’ve attended 😂 there was so much happening, from a beautifully God-centered church wedding, ski tunnel for confetti, an epic after dark sea swim in the wild Cornish weather, rounded off with a fabulous ceilidh. It was such a celebration of love between these two love birds 🥰

At Take One Photos & Film we are passionate about creating stunning photos and beautiful films that not only capture moments but also tell your incredible, unique love story.

Every wedding is different and completely unique to each couple and that is why we aim to provide a personal service that captures YOUR day in a way that fulfils YOUR photography and film desires.

Our main approach is relaxed and unobtrusive, blending in with your guests, which allows us to capture your wedding in a more informal and reportage style.

Our style is natural, creative and fun, capturing moments as they unfold.

We are friendly, reliable and dedicated to capturing your day.

Natural light and being outdoors is at the heart of our photography & film making. We adore the bold colours of nature be it beaches, coastlines, woodland, stunning gardens or luscious countryside.

We love to capture the tiny details as well as the significant events throughout your day.

Every couple deserves some beautiful personal portraits (both photos and film according your chosen package). We like to achieve this by taking some time out with you both at some point during your day for a quiet 20 minutes or so. While some couples are completely confident in front of the camera, we realise that most couples are not and require a bit of guidance on how to ‘pose’ together. However, you will never know – our style means that even with a guided pose your natural reactions and chemistry will be captured and will certainly not be forced!

We capture a mix of informal and formal portraits (if you would like them) but mostly natural photos of you and your guests enjoying the celebrations.

Ultimately, YOUR wedding day should be captured the way YOU want it and that is what we are here to do.
