I know we say we amazing pizza a LOT, but you don't take have to take our word for it- you can take our customers word for it. Tried and tested by thousands of people across North Devon over the past 8 years. We've survived winters, lock downs, a cost of living crisis, we've moved, we've changed and we've grown and our great pizza is still here! We must be doing something right...

We’ve worked hard to build a reputation for our excellent pizza – freshly crafted using the finest ingredients. Here’s what you can expect:

The dough: Fermented, aromatic, fresh and ... made by us!
The crust (cornicione): Soft, slightly crunchy, springy, raised and golden, elastic and easily foldable.
The base: Thin, chewy and moist in the middle where the sauce has soaked into it.
The topping: Carefully balanced, designed to let individual flavours shine, with top quality ingredients, all framed by the cornicione.
Cooking method: Stonebaked using wood, gas or electric at approx 450 for 60 to 90 seconds (yep that fast!)
