Not long to go until ticket sales open for the 2024 Corbridge Chamber Music Festival, 25-28th July. We’ve been bringing world-class chamber music to Tynedale for over 25 years and have something for everyone this year, from classics of the repertoire by Mendelssohn, Brahms and Dvorak to cutting edge Tango and Schoenberg’s Pierrot Lunaire.

Rehearsing for our Folk Fun event, a light-hearted concert taking inspiration from folk music both ancient and modern. An eclectic programme from the festival musicians, including Scottish fiddler Donald Grant, returning to the Corbridge Chamber Music Festival by popular demand, and Spanish double-bassist Roberto Carrillo-Garcia, a former Royal Northern Sinfonia member, who trades his bass for a guitar for the evening.
