MAGICAL WOODLAND || full of butterflies & flowers for a very special girl 🌸

Planning & styling this party was a dream 💜
Our team provided management, bar & waiting staff for the event in order to ensure it ran smoothly from start to finish.

Bouncy castles, bubbles, interactive, sensory & dress up stations kept the little ones busy, while the adults enjoyed canapés & personalised drinks 🍹

Our lovely guests and sponsors collectively raised an incredible £7,030 on Saturday night at Safer's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" Ball.

PURE TABLESCAPE || I often get asked “what is the best event you’ve done”, although it might seem a boring answer, my favourites are always the minimalistic. Quality products, carefully selected and lovingly arranged 🤍 for this special summer alfresco dining we used white textured linens, cut glasses, silk ribbon, white crockery & seasonal flowers (alliums & freesias) in stem holders. No plastic & all reusable 🌱

LOGO || I would say “new logo” but we’ve never actually had a proper logo!! Our business has changed so much over the years and continues to grow thanks to our lovely customers.. so after 9 YEARS we finally have a real logo 🙌🏼

We have so much happening at BE right now but this little logo feels like the start of another exciting chapter💜 as W Churchill said, “to improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often”

Huge thank you to for letting us host our styling day with you! If you haven’t been there recently it’s so worth a visit - the setting, the food, the staff, the spa - all 👌🏽

Our styling day is all about helping you visualise your dream tables and get your seal of approval before the big day! For us, it’s helpful to get those final design decisions so we can start prepping and liasing with your suppliers.

We loved catching up with you all and really hope you found it useful! If you have any feedback we’d love to hear it! 🤍 (Sorry (not sorry) about the excessive bows!)

What decor do I need?

This is such a common question and we totally get how overwhelming it can be when there’s so many options and so much beautiful inspiration like this from

Our top tips for choosing your decor:
👉🏼keep it simple. Don’t over complicate or clutter, the most beautiful set ups are simple
🤘🏼start with a beautiful tent (obvs), a classic, elegant canopy doesn’t need covering, it is the biggest piece of decor!
🙌🏼think big - focus on larger items that make a big impact like a statement bar or tall centrepieces
✌🏼sticks to seasons - rather than looking at trends, take your inspiration from the natural world, seasonal colours or flowers narrow down the options and can be so beautiful.
🫶🏼it’s all about you - what colours do you love, what’s your fave restaurant, where do you go on holiday - your decor should reflect your personality so don’t be afraid to add personalised touches

If you’re still in doubt, we’ll happily take the stress away and create a bespoke design for you! 🙌🏼

V+T | The little ones.

Having a designated kids zone is a great way to keep the little ones entertained! Mini Sperry tent, Snacks, personalised gift bags and activities helped keep them happy and occupied all day!

Our white bouncy castle is fun, pretty and looks amazing in photos don’t you think! (Beautiful little models of course)🤍

The Sperry Glow ||
There’s nothing quite like the Sperry tent but why is it so special?

Easy.. The canopy is crafted from one single piece of sailcloth sewn together with intricate seams so if you’ve stood in one before and thought it looks delicate and elegant for such a large tent, that’s why!
The oyster colour canvas is reflective to give it that soft light in the day and that warm glow at night ✨ that’s photographers love it!
To finish it off the hand milled poles are all spruce pine giving it that natural look & feel 👌🏽

Working with other tents and products has made us really appreciate the attention to detail of our lovingly made Sperrys 🤍 being part of the Sperry community across the globe is such an honour 🥰

Please raise a glass to our newest custom canopy, The Stargazer.

Why we’re in love with her:
💙Sky views - rain or shine, ocean or woodland, your views surround you
🤍 Light - your photographer will love you, nothing beats natural light & the canvas filters out some of the UV so it’s not blinding but still light and bright
🖤Stars - stargazing while you dine is quite special and if it’s not clear the lighting inside reflects beautifully off the canvas giving you that starry feel all night.

I chose Stargazer to be as close to nature as possible without the weather risk!
Now she will always have a special place in my heart💜

DOREEN & MATT || Classic and elegant.
Sometimes you just can’t beat the classic white and green wedding, although truth being told, we never use just white, we incorporate warmer tones- ivory, cream, sand and even soft pinks to create that soft romantic look.
Embossed glass plates, tall white candles, wax seals and crystal glasses were used for contrast and texture and gold was chosen as the accent colour. Simple elegance 🤍
