An autumn dinner party. We served Mango, cucumber & spiced almonds in baby gem cups as a canape.
Dessert was Blackberry & damson gin trifle with vanilla bean ice cream.

Our first wedding of the summer! Candles being lit by the staff and two of the canapes we served. Bruschetta with pesto, mozzarella, roast peppers & basil and Homemade gravadlax on blini's with dill cream. #

A good start to the morning! A hundred chive blini's for canapes this weekend.

A local buffet lunch for 30. We served locally reared lamb with coriander & honey sauce, blackened salmon with citrus yoghurt, roast butternut squash with basil & toasted seeds, griddled asparagus and courgette with basil dressing & roasted beetroot with maple dressing. For pudding we gave them Chocolate nemesis, vanilla ice cream & summer berries.
