Canapès & lite bites served differently.....

As you know we like to do things a little differently here at DD. Our canapès & lite bites aren't served by members of our team, we create a graze table which not only looks amazing as a visual and edible centrepiece but allows guests to help themselves whilst mingling.

Grazing cups....

Perfect as a drinks reception accompaniment, our personalised grazing cups are presented on a handmade stand which suits any setting.
Packed with delicious delights these cute lite bite additions will keep hunger at bay until dinner.

As we've had some enquiries already for Valentine's & Mother's Day this year I thought I'd pop an update on socials.

Sadly we won't be able to offer our delicious delights this year as we have other catering commitments....on both dates we will be attending a wonderful wedding spreading our foodie love❤️

PLEASE SUPPORT SMALL....There are so many amazing, local, small businesses out there who will be offering their cakes, bakes, makes, flowers etc. on these fabulous occasions so please support them it really does mean the world!🙏

WE'RE BACK!

We hope you all had a very peaceful Christmas and have settled into the New Year.

We're back after our extremely chilled and wonderful festive break having had some much needed Winter Sun😎 and our long awaited honeymoon ❤️
(5 years later...but worth the wait!)

Lots of you have already booked our services for this year (and next) thank you so much🙏 we're so looking forward to joining you.

Over the next few days we'll be replying to your emails and messages so please bear with us, then over the coming weeks we'll be concentrating on contacting our lovely Winter/Spring weddings and events couples and customers.

Our website will have a polish up with lots of lovely new photos and some price changes for this year.

What a wonderful year it's been....so many highlights!

Huge thanks to our supplier friends and venue teams who have helped us throughout the year and of course to our beautiful second home Coton House Farm Wedding Venue thank you for such a wonderful warm welcome as in house caterers, we've loved being part of the family!

Wishing you all a good and peaceful Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year, we're very excited to see what 2025 has instore for us!....watch this space!

On Saturday night we were invited to serve woodfired pizza🍕 hotdogs🌭 and loaded nachos during a fabulous evening of music & dance🎶🎹🎷🥁 with local band
King Pleasure & The Biscuit Boys, hosted by Coton House Farm Wedding Venue

And what an evening!....Coton House Farms very own Lydia entertained guests on arrival with her stunning vocals, followed by the group who were absolutely sensational, we spoke to guests who had followed the boys for over 20 years.

As always CHF did such an amazing job hosting such a great event and the street food went down a storm too.

We didn't manage to take any photos during service as it was so super busy, so here are a few of this gorgeous wedding and events venue in all it's glory!

Huge thanks to Team DD and CHF for all your help on the day🙏

Based in the lovely village of Egginton, a stones throw from us, Imogen makes the most delicious chutneys, curds, jams & more! from her beautiful home.

Imogens enthusiasm and passion was simply contagious on meeting for the first time and tasting her delicious delights sealed the deal!

🥂🍾Yesterday we were back at fabulous Coton House Farm Wedding Venue serving woodfired pizza🍕 hotdogs🌭 & nachos (with delicious toppings)following the marriage of our gorgeous couple Katie & Daniel.
Super talented Chris Keys Piano played for our couple during their ceremony.

Our newly weds chose a Twilight Wedding and what a wonderful night!

There were twinkly lights everywhere outside feeling so very magical ✨️ and Coton House Farm had put up their huge Christmas tree too, adding a festive ambience to the whole evening🎄

Wishing Katie & Daniel a lifetime of love, health & happiness, huge congratulations x

Relaxed dining was on the menu.... A Surf & Turf grazing table, (our very first!) sourcing fresh & fabulous produce from incredible local suppliers
