Still very much in love with the fabulous N+W, with their fun and kind friends and family, with their choice of wedding day locations and with these photos of the mother/father/daughter/son dance by

I loved working with N+W to help plan and coordinate their wedding set across 4 venues in London this summer.

The highlight had to be the evening dancing at The Serpentine Gallery Pavilion in Hyde Park. Amazing that N+W had part of their wedding day in such an iconic London venue which exists for only a few months. Very special. Plus were playing some of the grooviest of tunes.

When a couple asks you to be their wedding planner, it’s exciting. When they have as many creative ideas, as many good looks and as much kindness as H & T, it’s the best.

Loved seeing these fab shots by Matt Parry come through this week. It was such a pleasure to work with this couple and this great team of suppliers.

WHAT DOES FELICITY SPECTOR DO?
I am the chief writer on , where I have worked for 32 years. We've been in the ITN newsroom every day throughout the pandemic, putting the nightly news on the air - so it has been a pretty intense time. I am honoured to work with some incredible colleagues, who have put their own health on the line to travel to high risk areas and film inside hospitals and Covid wards in order to tell the stories of those on the frontline.
　
WHO ARE YOU? (!)
I have a masters in US politics from Harvard and I work in international news - but basically I am just a person who is grateful to have found friendship and a wonderful social life among the brilliant food community, who wants to celebrate and support all those amazing chefs and bakers and producers and front of house staff who work so hard and have faced such a challenging year.
　
A FAB WEDDING YOU’VE BEEN TO?
I was very lucky to go to my niece's wedding in December, the one weekend it was still allowed - just 12 of us were there and it was a very special day: it was dark by the time the service finished so they gave everyone sparklers to wave as they walked out of the church, which was such a wonderful idea.
　
ADVICE TO EMPOWER OTHER WOMEN?
I love my job and always strive to do my best when I am there - but I love the rest of my life too - never think you have to sacrifice everything for a career, it is fine to spend time relaxing, there is nothing wrong with watching telly, lunch breaks are important and frankly should be a right. I am massively in favour of contentment and appreciating what you can about the here and now.

My Lady Garden is A Flower Studio based in Dalston. We deliver flowers nationwide, work with brands on PR events, create installations and style shoots. We also collaborate with likeminded creatives on projects such as cocktails and candles, and merch.

I’m Kai, founder of MLG. A 25 year old, disco loving girl from Melbourne who’s lived and flowered in NYC, Paris, Australia and now based in London.

ADVICE TO EMPOWER OTHER WOMEN?
Surround yourself with positive influences, ask questions and don’t be afraid to network, collaborate where you can.

1. WHAT DOES YOUR SERVER TODAY DO?
is a podcast highlighting the voices of Women in the hospitality industry! You can catch us on Spotify and most podcast vendors!

2. YOUR BUSINESS JOURNEY IN A FEW WORDS (tricky!)
I actually still run Your Server Today on top of working full time in hospitality (front of house!). Its a passion project that I make time for and really it was born out of wanting to hear stories from some of the amazing Women in our industry.

3. TELL US ABOUT YOUR WEDDING!
My mum bought a hoola hoop and attached several pieces of fabric to make a canopy that she then got our friend, with a drone - to hang from the ceiling of the church! I wore my grandmas dress from the 60s and my best friend handmade all my bridesmaid dresses!

4. ADVICE TO EMPOWER OTHER WOMEN?
Honestly, I'd say, do the right thing even if no one is going to see it or know about it. encourage the women around you and tell people when you think they're doing a good job. Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself. Boundaries are your Bestfriend.

5. LONDON FAVOURITE?

Anna Wellings who runs - she introduced me to hospitality and how it can be a bring so much joy to people (and community to!). Sarah who runs and Sinem who runs all killer businesses who are really inspiring me at the moment!
