If you you have a thing for music and dance from across the Channel, FolkEast 2024 has something on every day for you-

"Across in the dance tent FolkEast has conjured up a European flavour with a swirling line-up including BOF! with their French and Breton music, and two bands featuring accordion virtuoso Andy Cutting – the ever popular Anglo- French outfit Topette!, celebrating 10 years together and the long-established Blowzabella described as “an English folk band that makes an inimitable, drone-based wall-of-sound.”

Our next Hadleigh French Weekend in 2024 will be held on April 12th - 14th. The venue is the Ansell Community Centre in Hadleigh, Suffolk, IP7 5DL. We have a new website: www.hadleighfrenchweekend.co.uk where you can find information about all the bands.

We are pleased to welcome L’ARBADÉTORNE to headline the weekend. They will play for Bals on the Friday and Saturday evenings and teach dance and music workshops on the Saturday.
Bof! is confirmed, as are Dave Shepherd, Les Hirondelles, Anna Pack & Jo Veal, and Sawney White Bird.

We will open weekend bookings on January 8th. Booking forms will be available at www.hadleighfrenchweekend.co.uk and at www.hadleighfolk.org.uk
