The Italian menu has been popular recently. 14 people in Tunbridge Wells really enjoyed the vitello tonnato, bruchetta, Aranchini and pollo ala pizzaiola, last night. I recently spent £6,500 on this registered Black Angus bull. I put him out with the herd but he just ate grass and wouldn't even look at a cow. I was beginning to think I had paid more for that bull than he was worth. Anyway......I had the Vet come and take a look at him. He said,, the bull was very healthy, but possibly just a little young.
so he gave me some pills to feed him once per day. The bull started to service the cows within two days……. all my cows! He even broke through the fence and bred with all of my neighbor's cows! He's like a machine! I don't know what was in the pills the Vet gave him ... but they kind of taste like peppermint.
40th birthday party in Rotherfield on Saturday night. Italian menu that started with Bruschetta, stuffed Portobello mushrooms followed by Italian meatloaf, chicken in masala sauce. Finished with tiramisu or trio of Italian desserts.

40th birthday party in Brighton and Hove tonight. Plenty of shots of rum followed by halloumi Bruschetta. Chicken breast stuffed with chicken and wild mushroom mousse, dauphinoise potatoes and asparagus. Fillet steak hassel back potatoes, spring greens and horseradish butter. Followed by mor rum... banoffee pie and Eaton Mess. then more rum. lol
70th Birthday over in Lyndhurst tonight. Crab cakes with a red pepper coulis, Rack of lamb with wilted spinach and French green beans. Followed by pear sticky toffee pudding. Yum Yum http://secretsouschef.co.uk
Fillet steak cooked over a fire pit served with beetroot puree, hassel back potatoes and asparagus for a lovely wedding couple at the secret cabins in Storrington.
Another great AirBnb personal chef job in New Romney. Scallops, Bruschetta or baked figs to start followed by pork belly, Spanish style hake or mushroom Wellington. Cheese hoards all round for dessert. yum yum

I wasn't going to work Christmas day but after multiple declines I finally accepted and I'm glad I did. Lovely family over from Ireland were a joy to cook for.
