10 years ago we were two cyclists standing on the side of the road watching the world’s biggest bike race in our home town - and we felt blessed to be experiencing it. 🙏

Today we headed to Northumberland to the plush offices of @scottsportsuk 👌 to make some exciting plans ahead of Struggle Borderlands Road & Gravel Weekender in September. With the first proper day of sunshine set for today’s summer solstice we got out for a lunch ride with @tony4cett and @john.bowman.mcc including an alfresco cafe stop with a Fanta Lemon in Ponteland (It was practically Struggle Mallorca). Can’t wait for September 14-15 for Borderlands with some exciting additions from Scott Bikes including your chance to take out their classy gravel steeds on the trails, meet some Scott gravel experts, get pre-ride workshops and tips and much more. Throwback to Struggle Dales Reverse warm-up ride. We can’t wait to be back en masse for the Revival Ride on 20th July; 50/100km routes with KOM prizes up Cow and Calf and Askwith Moor in the morning. The Clubhouse will have a great atmosphere and give everyone who rides a beer and some street food and then we can watch the penultimate Tour de France stage with a mountain-top finish on the big screen. All for £20! There are also Fan tickets available online for just £10 including a beer and street food, so let your partners and friends know!
