First Christmas function of the year last night...a Christmas buffet full of brined Turkey breast, Pigs in Blankets, Salmon & Roasties for a wonderful group of woman. Was such a pleasure to cook for them.

So today I was back in the swing of things after a difficult few months, with a lovely little Afternoon Tea Delivery.
Some of you may know that I lost someone incredibly close to me after her really short battle with Cancer, so for a few months, my family came first.

Thanks for everyone who was patient with their emails that didn’t get answered & functions that I couldn’t commit to & thanks to everyone who has been so understanding, gave me space or was in touch to see how we are.

I’m really looking forward to focusing on work once again with a meal delivery planned soon, Dinner Party bookings coming in & maybe even a South Coast Supper Club to raise money for our local hospice. 👩‍🍳

I always forget to take photos at dinner parties, these are a few I took from yesterday.
I cooked a 4 course Sunday Roast for 10 people in West Sussex & today I received some lovely feedback…

It’s been a busy weekend here at Chef Katherine Delivered. Had the pleasure of cooking Christmas lunch for the lovely people at our wedding venue back in July…I was so nervous being back there 🤣

It’s ready! 🎄 🎅🏻 🚚

I’ve tried really hard to keep the same prices as last year as all we keep hearing right now is how prices are going up.

One reason I’ve been able to do this is to take orders a little differently…You’ll find a form to fill out to place your order & I’ll get back to you with an invoice which saves a lot in website & card payment fees.

There is however this year a delivery charge which mainly covers the packaging cost, something that I really couldn’t avoid.
