I’ve been keeping a little secret!
On Friday I flew out to France to flower and style Samantha & Tom’s wedding and OMG was it amazing!!!
Samantha came into my life 4 years ago and it feels like forever, the kindest & most beautiful person, I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else on Saturday than making her wedding as beautiful as she is, Tom is equally as gorgeous!!
The chateaux was absolutely perfect, the flowers arrived from holland in perfect condition - phew! all of my props were driven over, I put all the stationery in my suitcase, the flowers withstood the 35 degree heat, the candles didn’t fair so well!! They were a bit droopy like me! The food all weekend was incredible!

Samantha has always worked so incredibly hard when we do weddings together as she does for her own couples and it was an honor and privilege to create for her & Tom on such a special day ###

10 YEARS since this beautiful day and so much has happened in our 28 years together, yeah it took him a while to pop down the aisle!!
We are currently in France enjoying a rainy day in the hot tub, eating bread and cheese! It’s been so sunny all week so I suppose can’t moan! But I probably will!
So grateful we got to share that day with all the people that we love whilst we had the chance, memories are everything 🩵🩵🩵

Happy sunny Saturday! I thought I would start a series of my fave venues, I know lots of people follow me that have just got engaged and I hope that over the next few days I can show you some of the loveliest places that I have worked and I continue to get excited about going back.
First up is because it’s quite simply stunning!! I have worked in so many venues but Elmore feels very different in lots of ways, the staff are all fabulous for one and it also has a great vibe, from the grand house and ballroom to the iconic Gillyflower. It ticks lots of boxes 💕 these images from last year really sum it up I think and obviously they have have been captured so perfectly by
Also with peony season coming to an end it’s also a great opportunity to see more of them in all their glory.

Ahhh what a day!!! Monday was an absolute joy ✨💞 I have been so excited to work at and it was better than I imagined, Lyndsey has been so amazing to work with and I will definitely miss our WhatsApp messages!! And to see their faces when they walked into the marquee, seeing all the ideas and beautiful flowers come together was priceless. Some of my favourite flowers and colours, again another thank you to for always supplying the gems 🌺
I love doing what I do so much but when it means so much to people it’s the best feeling in the world xx

Fridays colour palette was just 👌🏼 seeing all the flowers come together with the dusky pink of the bridesmaids which I mirrored on the fabrics and the signage was gorgeous. Plus adding in the black accents worked so well 🖤

I’m not sure how it happened but today I’m 48!! I know right, I’m shocked too!
Forever grateful for having such a wonderful family and group of friends around me and being in a position of doing something that I love every day. However it feels a little weird today, my first birthday without a card from my mum and dad 😞 but before she left us, mum put an album together for each of us from the millions of photos she took, and the other night I went through mine, there are some corkers!! But if you have a scroll you will see how much love there was and how cool my mum was, I clearly inherited that 😂

Ok so peonies are here and I always get a bit obsessed - hence the amount of pictures I took at the weekend!! I mean look at those colours 🤩🤩🤩 but a big shout out to for always bringing some extra loveliness to the party with gorgeous British blooms, those light pink & white ranunculus and beautiful tulips and geum’s
I’m so excited for all the other flowers to come, and Fridays wedding is going to be a corker with so many pretty details….. ooooo I can’t wait!!

Happy Friday! I’m just sharing this from a couple of years ago, I’ve seen print being used lots recently and it reminded me of this beautiful William Morris inspired day and I thought it’s also a great way to elevate your tables at home or for an event. Using wallpaper as a runner adds so much interest and can be changed up each time. I used the William Morris postcards to make each guest feel special and set off the petal paper placecards
I loved this day, it was so unique and pretty.

Spring pastels and sunny days, it’s hard to imagine when it’s chucking it down outside but we were really lucky on Sunday on our first visit to 🌸
Flowering stairs at a venue you haven’t worked at before with a time constraint and guests needing to go up and down all the time isn’t easy!! But it was worth it and I loved it!! Lots of elements of this wedding were new and suited the venue perfectly ~ I hope you like it xx beautiful cake by

Happy March! 💗
7 years ago this month I handed my notice in on my 17 year teaching career and it’s been a crazy ride ever since!!
I thought it would be a good time to do a little recap on how it started and where we are at…
So I studied illustration at university, it’s 30 years this year that I enrolled!!!!
After uni I kind of fell into Art teaching and ended up as an assistant head, I loved many aspects of it but I’ve never really been very good at following rules and being told what to do 😂
I began my styling work bit by bit doing some fabulous jobs, not weddings to start with but eventually the first one led to more and the business has grown and grown into full design, styling & florals ~ I love every aspect but especially including personal touches and seeing the finished venue & the couples eyes light up 🤩
I have 2 amazing grown up kids, 2 crazy puppies! And the most supportive husband who is now a director in the company, we have a very busy year ahead!!!
Me…. I love sunshine, flowers, holidays, being at home, drinking wine in the sunshine! & drawing… I love what I have created and I love being my own boss! It’s not been easy but it’s sure been worth it and I’m so grateful I get to do this every day.

Hey xx Long time no post! I just forget, but then I get images like this and I just want you to see them!! Honestly this wedding at one of my all time favourite venues last September was utterly beautiful ~ classic & timeless monochrome with all the gorgeous flowers. And I know I say it all the time but seriously my couples 🖤 perfect & kind and so so lovely ### it makes my job all the more special. Thank you F&J and thank you for capturing it so beautifully ###

Good Afternoon! And Hey to all our new followers, it’s lovely to have you here 🩷
It dawned on me that if you are newly engaged and starting your planning journey you might not know what we do or what to look for in terms of styling and flowers. Don’t worry, it’s doesn’t have to be difficult and that’s why we are here to help!
I wanted to share this beautiful wedding from November as it’s a great example of the range of styling and flowers that you can have but obviously every wedding is different and for some we do big floral installations, outside styling etc what I haven’t added in the images is the ceremony styling which for this day included, fireplace floral arrangement, lanterns, candles, chair drapes and ceremony table styling.
For this wedding I designed everything around the warm colours of the season and the colour of the bridesmaid dresses and as it was so close to Christmas the couple chose reindeer names for their seating plan which I loved drawing!
We supplied all the pieces you see on the tables, candles, runners, placemats, napkins, flowers and table stationery too. Everything is done by me by hand so no two weddings are the same, I like to keep everything personalized to you. All of the signage, illustrations and props are carefully chosen and considered to bring it all together beautifully including areas like the card and gift space, guest book table, seating plan, cake styling….
I arrive on the morning of the wedding with everything and start styling up the spaces, I bring your bouquets to you and attach the buttonholes and then I wait until the I Do’s are done and I swoop in to move any ceremony pieces and props to other areas so nothing gets wasted. Then we look at the room together - a great chance for you two to have a minute by yourselves to take it all in!! I then disappear and come back the next morning to take down and collect. You see other than sharing a few ideas with us, you really don’t have to worry about anything!!

How can you sum up a year that was both wonderful in many ways and unbelievably awful too?
Our business this year has been amazing, dream venues, always dream couples and I say ‘our’ because Martin officially joined me in April and it’s made such a difference - Dream team! I have worked in new to me venues and loved them all, picking images from such a fabulous year was pretty impossible so I just found all the professional shots of my gorgeous couples on my camera roll that would fit!
I loved every single one of my couples and I’m forever grateful that you picked me xx
Taking pride of place in the center are my wonderful Mum and Dad on their special day 🤍
I lost them on February 14th and June 18th and my heart is broken 💔
2023 is the year I stopped saluting magpies and touching wood because I realised it doesn’t keep the people you love safe anyway, but it’s also the year that I learnt to take nothing for granted and to love and be loved is the most important thing in the world.
I wouldn’t have got through the year without the love, support and constant checking in from everyone and for that I thank you X

2024 sees more big business changes and so many many more weddings ~ I’m so excited, I wish I could pop up to my Mum and Dad’s house to tell them and show them everything but I’m hoping they will still see and hear… big love ❤️

I posted on my stories tonight with a gorgeous message I received from this wedding ~ Alice & Gavin were a delight from start to finish and it was such a stunning day ✨
I never ever take for granted that I get to do this job and I get to work with such lovely people, thank you so much xx

Today I did something I’ve been meaning to do since June for my beloved parents ~ a shamrock ☘️ for my proud Irish dad and a pansy for my garden loving mum 🌸 she loved all flowers but there were always pansies everywhere every year!
I had on my wrist so that every time I hold up your bouquets or a beautiful flower I think of them, although there isn’t a second that goes by that I don’t ❤️
I absolutely love it and I want to thank Ellie .studio for such beautiful work, I used to teach Ellie art and now she’s doing something she loves with art everyday. I’m very proud of her ###

I’m a couple days late but happy September! Crazy or what?!!

I have a backlog of beautiful weddings to share and no time! But…. I’m starting with this one because it it was the 1st August and it’s nearly the end of August!!! How?
Anyway It was such a gorgeous day with an outside ceremony and outdoor dining too, we were very lucky with the weather!

Yesterday was a pink dream 🩷🩷🩷🩷
You all know I love London, so to be asked to flower and style up was perfection, I had the gorgeous with me and we had the best day ☂️
My bride Tasha looked AMAZING and I’m over the moon that she loved it at much as I did, her only brief was lots of pink with a hint of red! 🩷❤️
I included some of my mums roses and hydrangeas which she’s would have loved to see ###
