Our Story

I’m Alex Long and I am an independent celebrant and welcome you to my page.

My background is in music – I have been a professional double bass player for many years and have also completed the ‘Health and Music’ module of a Music Therapy MA. Both of these things have given me valuable insights into how to hold the space necessary in a ceremony. I am also a Natural Voice Network trained choir leader and more than happy to help include singing in your ceremony.

I fervently believe that all ceremonies should be as unique as the people they celebrate and am proud to create unique and bespoke ceremonies for all of life's important events.
