Like the good ol’ days 🤣 Back in the saddle for a marquee wedding this weekend. A two day party, 180 each day 😅; was definitely a bit out of practice 😬 but absolutely loved it nonetheless. The team nailed it 🙏 But it made me realise how lucky I am to have & as a venue of our own to host events and weddings, with a fixed kitchen, lots of shiny silver machines and never-ending hot running water! For the wedding on Friday we did soft shell buttermilk chicken tacos starter (this photo), ribeye beef for main and apple & bramble crumble for dessert.
