Peninsula Patisserie and Pantry is the culmination of 20 years of international experience in pastry kitchens large and small, from family operated patisseries to global 5* hotel chains. From The English home counties to Melbourne, from Edinburgh and Glasgow to New York City and San Francisco, we have travelled, worked, lived and breathed this industry and craft. With a keen eye on working with local operators and suppliers and supporting community organisations, we are dedicated to bringing you a wide range of hand made sweet and savoury goods, both for the catering trade and the individual after that special something. Learning our craft in the UK and internationally, combining travel, adventure and our yearning to fill hearts, minds and stomachs, we have produced a range of products to showcase our skill and craft, and also Scotland's rich larder of fresh, bountiful ingredients.

Perhaps you'd like some decadent fresh fruit tarts or intense coffee eclairs, or maybe a classic quiche Lorraine or spring vegetable and hot smoked salmon terrine?
