Just a little post from Friday night annual Alehouse Rocks Festival. totally rocked the place! If you weren’t there, you totally missed a great night. Oh, and we supplied the sound and lighting and Dan engineered the band. 😁

Great night on Sunday providing sound & lighting for the (always amazing) Moderators and Forever 80’s. & Dan also managed to consume a lot of cheese 🧀 as part of the deal!

Well, events season is always crazy hectic, but great to take a couple of hours to compere the FOLS colour run event at our daughter's school. Great fun and delighted to support by sponsoring the colour BLUE! Thanks for having us Leighfield!

And that's a wrap for Uppingham Feast Day 2024 and what a corker of a day it was.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. We really have the best staff/team/friends in the world.

Some of these guys start at 7am and work through to around midnight on Feast day. Constantly on the go. Even though most of them are far too old for it. 😅 (Sorry) And they're still laughing at the end of it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you do.

We appreciate each of you and literally couldn't do it without you!

Lovely day for events. The crew have been busy providing sound support for a wedding at the beautiful Deene Park. Dan was engineering a prize giving event with a choir etc. Multiple PA’s and lighting out for DIY parties. And that’s before we get to Uppingham Feast Day tomorrow. Bring it on June!

Just a couple of pics from our gig at the weekend to provide sound & lighting for the amazing .live.band in a slightly rainy Cheshire. The band were amazing (as usual) and Dan & even got to enjoy a rare post gig drink back at the hotel. Let’s do it again soon!

Danny happens to have a VERY BIG birthday this Friday. 🎉🎉 It also happens to be the first Don Paddy's open mic night of the summer on Sunday! (We are declaring summer) And the first since it's been all done up right swanky.
If you like listening to music, performing, or even if you just quite like Danny and would like to come and say happy birthday! Do come along! Should be a great night.

Been a while between posts because we’ve been flat out during March. 2 x shows, live music, a cheeky DJ gig, soooo many repairs in the workshop, a few sounds installations and a nice Easter egg at the end. Bring on April!

No your eyes are not playing tricks on you. This is a tiny Kala U-Bass. Just had some new flat wound strings and a setup done. Regular tuning and sounds lovely. The 1974 Fender Bassman was photo-bombing!

Well that was busy week! The guys were out in a church, a bar, repairing guitars, fixing amps and supplying PA and lighting gear for 10 events… And that was before Sunday’s Open Mic Night (another post for that coming)

Amazing weekend at with .live.band entertaining the crowds for their Christmas parties. The Rocky Road Music crew were out running on very little sleep. Totally worth it when working with a great band and being so well looked after by the staff.
Another weekend of gigs and events coming. 💪
