Planning an event for 2025?

I have been a passionate cook for 35 years

I enjoy making special occasions memorable for my clients who are often my friends/community

I never change my signature dish for outdoor catering events as people love this dish

I’m a one trick pony with an outstanding trick so I give people what they want

Typical (Basic Menu)

Signature Dish

Jerk Chicken (Or Thyme BBQ’d Chicken) Rice n Peas, Mango Salsa, Sour Cream Herbs & Toppings

Jerk or Thyme Chicken Wrap

Quality 100% 8oz Beef Smashie Cheese Burger

Brioche Hotdogs - All the trimmings

Instead of processed veggie burgers I make my own falafel that can be served as part of a rice dish, wrap or on a toasted burger bun

Everything is included regarding cutlery, plates packaging

I pop up gazebo’s and pop them back down as if I’ve never been there no messy clear up

My team has a generator at our disposal which means we can pop up absolutely everywhere

Finally I’m in the business of making special occasions special at a fair price.

We also have use of an amazing generator so we can pop up absolutely anywhere so no boundaries if you want to meet up in a field, get married on a beach or even treat your football team at the end of the game. We can do it.

Takes big nuts to put on a biggy like this in December. Urmston is very lucky to have characters like Mike Brown that will make amazing things happen good luck for the event and I’m very much looking forward to knocking out some festive fodder at the event with my wing woman Karen Warburton.

Great pleasure to be supporting NSM Foundations madcap Santa dash Urmston Sports Club on Sunday 8th December

I’ll be juggling Xmas DJ duties & knocking out Bacon & Eggs in the am and a festive menu in the afternoon. Great to be involved with NSM who are looking to establish mentoring opportunities for local youths.

Rumours are that Kochy is going into the Stocks on the day so I’m considering making a Manchester Tart to rub in his face before the cold wet sponges start flying at him 👍
