THE MODERN BOUQUET // I loved creating these two bouquets in the poppiest of palettes for our gorgeous real-life model couple

The designs incorporated some of my favourite spring ingredients including ranunculus and Icelandic poppies, combined with our signature big, blousy reflexed roses alongside unusual textural elements. Complimentary but each unique for our two beautiful brides.

We loved seeing the reactions of so many beautifully dressed passers by and watching them take a seat at our tea table for the perfect snap.

OMBRÉ BRIDESMAID BOUQUETS for Amy and her girls. Each bouquet was totally unique – blending the tones from toffees and golds, through to peaches & apricots and then soft pinks and lilacs. It created a chic, contemporary look that complemented their champagne-coloured dresses perfectly.

CREATE A FOCAL POINT // I love stairway floral installations. They provide infinite design possibilities and offer the perfect photo moment for your big day.

I'm still in love with this autumnal, texture-packed, colour-blocked staircase installation pulled off in just over an hour with my dream team on hand.

I owe the biggest thanks to .cookham for the best locally grown foliage for this one - I had Fenella searching high and low for autumnal toned foliage and she delivered the goods!

HOLLY & JORDAN // When you receive an album from you know you're going to be in for an absolute treat. And the arrival of Holly & Jordan's wedding gallery was certainly no different.

Holly and Jordan were dream clients. They had a beautiful autumnal vision and some amazing creative ideas for their big day at 🍂 It was such a joy to work collaboratively with Holly to bring it all life.

There are just so many beautiful shots to share from this day but let's start with the ceremony flowers. We designed this entire installation so that it could be completely repurposed to the wedding breakfast after the ceremony as high and low table arrangements, a design challenge but one we fully embraced. What do you think of the result?

FIREPLACE FLORALS don’t always have to be designed straight across the mantle. The epic fireplace in the house is three metres wide and two metres tall, so I wanted to create more of a floral montage that framed the entire fireplace and grew up from ground level.

We used lots of textural elements like genista, limonium, spirea, viburnham roseum and willow in this design to complement the bright blooms and I really loved the result.

I love thinking out of the box when it comes to floral installations. We’re here to create florals that are unique and totally tailored to you.

CURATING COLOUR PALETTES // Designing a palette for an entire shoot or event can be daunting but it’s also one of my favourite things to do. For this shoot, it had to be one that really encapsulated my brand and what I stand for.

I love brave, bold and unusual colour palettes. For me, that doesn't mean crazy and clashing either. It means slightly unexpected but carefully considered, tones that pair harmoniously together.

For our modern maximalist shoot our hero tones were peach, orange-toned coral and zesty lime green. We paired that with hints of yellow and gold and few pops of a brighter rose pink. I just loved the result. For me, this palette can work perfectly for both spring and summer occasions, with its combination of both softer and stronger hues. It’s playful yet refined at the same time.

My yearly attempt at Easter baking with Pearl was fun but the result always reminds me why I leave baking to pros.

I'm still obsessing over the incredible cakes by for last week's Modern Maximalist shoot. I was so excited when I stumbled upon Sally's creations, they fit the brief so perfectly. Sally decorates her cakes with a beautiful mix of pattern, texture, florals and fruit to create something unique, contemporary and playful. And you have to check out her flavours...🤤

MODERN MAXIMALISM // This week saw the culmination of months of hard work planning this beautiful editorial shoot in the Cotswolds.

The concept was one I dreamt up in the dreariest of Januarys and celebrates everything I am truly obsessed with — layers upon layers of print, pattern & bold colour, combined with playful yet refined styling and sculptural yet highly textural florals.

I was very lucky to work with the most incredible team to bring this all to life and it was the dreamiest of days collaborating together. There are just so many stunning photos by the mega talent that is to share 💕

OUR TAKE on a contemporary urn arrangement for in a palette of white, n**e, latte and peachy tones.

BRING ON THE BLOOMS // January and February are often slightly strange times for us event florists. We hibernate a little whilst getting prepared for the year ahead, working on proposals, carrying out site visits and catching up with admin. I'm so ready to get back to more of the flowers soon.

Amidst the fun of a studio move next week (and the serious packing procrastination going on here) I've been busy planning something exciting back at this beautiful venue in a few weeks time 💕

TAKING IT BACK to more of the autumnal feels this week whilst I sit impatiently waiting for spring. Although I'm definitely feeling a slight shift in the evening light 🙏🏼 Rosie's maids' bouquets were full of rudbeckia, dahlias, anthuriums, our favourite toffee roses and heaps of textural grasses.
