as been the home and the inspiration behind some the music industries most prominent figures… once a platform for young artists and professionals to get their work ‘out there’; however, over recent years Walsall has become overlooked as a town that has real creative potential. What Walsall Music Festival sets out to achieve is an event concept that will re-invigorate Walsall and help it become an inspiring town, once again, appealing to musicians and music lovers alike. Walsall Music Festival aims to provide a supportive platform for local musicians and creative types… stopping them from leaving the town to pursue musical or creative success elsewhere. The festival wants to attract home-grown talent as well as leading musicians and bands from outside the town - showcasing Walsall as a great venue that is reinforced with a supportive network of local, creative ,individuals and businesses.
