Earlier this month, the Delegant team travelled to Prague to deliver a world-class Clinical Data Management Conference, bringing together industry professionals from across the globe.

Our Technical Director, Adrian, shares his thoughts on the event’s success: "At Delegant, everything we do is built on 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞, & 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, and this event was no exception. A recent SOAS University of London graduate with first-class honours in Korean, Tirion brings a strong commitment to cultural understanding and fluid communication to her role as Meetings and Membership Administrator. With exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, she excels in coordinating meetings and events and building strong relationships with association members.

Isabel is a recent A-Level graduate, who studied history, media, and criminology. Her career began at a local pharmacy, where she gained valuable experience working with customers and navigating a fast-paced environment. Isabel started working for Delegant in 2024 as a Meetings and Membership Administrator, combining her love for organisation with her ability to communicate with others.

Delegant’s on a roll after delivering recent Swiss event……

Members of the Delegant team recently visited the picturesque City of Basel to deliver a two-day event centred around the latest discussions in Artificial Intelligence in Clinical Trials.

Over the course of the two days, the team delivered a leading industry event filled with insightful discussions, engaging presentations, exciting networking opportunities, and more. Artificial Intelligence is a hot topic across many industries, and bringing this community together proved to be incredibly valuable for all involved.

A symphony of success……Delegant hits all the right notes with latest event……

Following a recent visit to Wales, Delegant are reflecting on the successful delivery of a health and care research conference for attendees from across the UK.

Our Technical Director Adrian shares his perspective on the event: “We love surprises and we love surprising people. Sneaking a 55-member Welsh Male Voice Choir into a conference dinner with 760 attendees was something quite special. The absolute surprise on the faces of the audience when we dropped the curtain was something that will stay with me for a long, long time. It took months of planning to pull that off, and that was on top of the meticulous planning of the entire 850-person event.”

Making memorable events……Delegant celebrates success and growth of Copenhagen event……

Following a recent visit to Prague, the Delegant team then headed to Copenhagen to deliver a Clinical Research Conference to attendees from across the world.

The event featured three days of pioneering sessions, groundbreaking discussions, and networking opportunities such as a city tour, a trip to a distillery, and a much-talked about Conference Dinner. The busy exhibition space hosted over 40 companies, and we witnessed innovative individuals and teams take home trophies during the awards ceremony.

Our Managing Director, Angie Major, reflects on the success of the event: “Following the 2023 Conference in Barcelona, we anticipated the 2024 event would increase in numbers. We didn’t expect it to reach almost 500. With sponsorship and exhibition sold out a long time in advance, we had to ensure the event keeps changing up each time to keep it fresh, while still providing opportunities for people to learn and connect. Our team work incredibly hard before and during events, and we never take things for granted. So when we hear feedback that includes “your team is amazing”, “the event was flawlessly organised”, “I’ve been to many conferences and this one was exceptional” – we take it in our stride and are grateful that they are a great community we help bring together to make memorable events.”

Setting the stage in Prague……Delegant celebrates triumph of event……

The Delegant team recently visited Prague to deliver a European Conference on Clinical Research, providing attendees with a platform for groundbreaking discussions, insightful sessions and networking opportunities.

The conference featured 2 dynamic days of sessions, many networking opportunities such as a conference dinner, and a busy exhibition.

Our Technical Director, Adrian Parrott, reflects on the success of the event: “This was the first time we’d organised this conference and it was a great success. The attendance figures were about 25% higher than last time and the number of exhibitors and sponsors even higher. We were proud to apply the “Delegant touch” to this conference.”

Reflecting on 2023……A trip down memory lane……

From annual conferences to symposia events, virtual investigator meetings and more, 2023 was a brilliant and busy year for the Team at Delegant. We’ve worked hard to deliver exactly what our customers needed, and made a lot of memories along the way.

Our Technical Director Adrian reflects on 2023 for the Team: “2023 was a fantastic year for Delegant. It was our busiest and most successful year to date. The end of the year allowed us to look back at our achievements, and to help us do that we asked the Team to share their favourite photos from the year. The collection highlights just how much we did, how much we enjoyed what we did, and how we all love what we do and who we do it with.”

We now look ahead to 2024, which promises to be another exciting year for Delegant.

Raising the Roof for Ronald McDonald House Charities……

Earlier this month, the Delegant team had the pleasure of coming together for a special Christmas event that was not only a celebration of our team's hard work, but also an opportunity to support a fantastic charity that makes such a difference to those who need it most.

We were proud to continue our support for the Ronald McDonald House Charities UK, this time at their Manchester Gala Dinner, and the amazing work they do for families with children in hospital.

It was great to come together for a night full of emotions, celebrations and memories.
