Please note: We still offer the event side of things in terms of welcome signs, bridal party accessories, table plans etc however this can be found at our sister site

Hello everyone…

Just a little update from us here.

Since I started my new job over a year ago now, we never had the time to continue with the tent side of our business so we are still here…creating magical things for your special events however we are focusing more on our other page Bluebell Beautique which is how I originally started out!

So if you could head over there - give us a like we will be truly grateful!

We would like to thank all that supported us in this journey, we loved creating amazing set ups for you all however it was time to hang up our teepee!

After a much needed break we are back!

We can not wait to start creating the most magical set-ups for you yet again...

We have been working on things in the background which we can not wait to share with you however we do need to make you aware of some changes to Bluebell Tents & Events...

We started this venture during an unprecedented time and the amount of support we received was incredible and much appreciated.

During our little break after the Bell Tent season had ended I left my previous job and started a new job back in November - as much as this change was needed, it has left me working quite a few weekends!

With this in mind, we still want to continue this journey it will just mean that dates will fill up quickly as not all weekends will be available and sometimes the tent will be with you a little longer than you may need!

We absolutely love setting everything up for you and we hope you all understand and work with us to still ensure we can provide you with everything you need from start to finish.

There backkkk….

My Easter crates sold like crazy last year so due to popular demand I’ve decided to launch them today!

They are £14.00 for the crate and if your wanting a hand painted personalised bunny with chocolate along with the crate then they will be an additional £3.00

Alternatively I can offer the bunny on its own for £6.50!

They come in plain wood or grey and can be filled with so many goodies for children of all ages!

Please don’t leave it late as I’m not going to be ordering as many as I did last year so I’d hate for you to miss out!

These will be for collection or local delivery if you wish…

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ⚠️

I spend a lot of time designing and creating items to hire out for special occasions. I take pride in what I do and look forward to the finished product being displayed at some of the most beautiful venues.

I take time out of my day to drop off, set up and collect the items you hire off me with no extra cost to the client, this is something I do out of the goodness of my own heart.

I certainly DO NOT expect to arrive at the venue to collect my hired items for them to have been taken which was the case at a wedding venue this weekend just gone (this having nothing to do with the venue as I have been in contact with them)

I am now left having to fork out money to replace what has been taken, as a small business this is not something I can keep affording to do should it happen again.

This has left me no choice but to start taking refundable deposits ontop of the hire cost - you will get this returned once I have received all of my hired items back. I will also be issuing hire terms and conditions along with a booking form taking note of full hirer details.

I have been left very upset by this and feel my services which I love to provide has just been taken advantage of.

🌸 Shannon Turns 30! 🌸

When Shannon’s husband Shane got in touch and asked us to help with her surprise 30th we just knew it needed to be sleek, chic and elegant!

We went with the popular corner sofa and styled it with purples, silvers and whites - twinned with our bespoke handmade low rise table and topped off with our stunning drinks trolley it was definitely a birthday to remember.

We hope you had a lovely time Shannon we loved setting this up for you!

What a set-up we had this weekend for Morgan's 11th Birthday featuring the amazing outdoor cinema from Alfresco Cinema - the pictures do not do this justice it looked absolutely incredible!

🌸 Morgan’s 11th Birthday 🌸

I first met Helen booking her overseas wedding back when I worked for Thomson almost 10 years ago! So when I was contacted to be a part of hosting Morgan’s 11th Birthday it was an honour 💕

We styled our beautiful tent with tones of pinks and greys, added our standard additions of vine, lighting and bunting along with our personalised A-frame…

With comfy bedding from our 13.5 tog duvets it was a warm and cosy slumber party for Morgan and her 6 friends!

With the added extras of haybales (supplied by the customer) it was a stunning set up.

After so many messages about this little fella, we have decided to release our designs early.

This year we have two fabulous designs for you to choose from.

🎅🏽 Arrival Balloon
🧑🏼‍🎄 Elf Mail

Both designs are £25 which includes elf, personalised elf arrival balloon and a personalised letter from Santa himself with a candy cane. (Please note personalisation is for up to 2 names only. Any additional names will be charged at 50p per name.)

Should you wish to use your own elf these will be £22.50. Your own elf must be dropped to our workshop by Monday 22nd November.

To secure your order a non refundable deposit of £10 per balloon/elf mail will be required. Remaining balance will be due by Monday 22nd November.

Collection times and dates are as follows:

Saturday 27th November - 10am - 5pm
Sunday 28th November - 10am - 2pm
Monday 29th November - 9am - 5pm
Tuesday 30th November - 9am - 6pm
You will be contacted closer to the time to confirm your preferred date.

Local Delivery is available for a small fee.

Bluebell Tents and Events would like to introduce the Bluebell Sleepover Club 🌙✨

Since our uploaded video for a Sweet Sixteenth we have been inundated with messages regarding the sleepover.

So here is a little more info!

Each teepee will come with an air bed, 13.5 tog duvet, pillow, blanket and two cushions. We will also provide small bed trays which can be easily placed next to the bed when in use.

Additional extras can be added such as eye masks, robes, slippers & makeup bags nothing is too much so please enquire if there is anything you need!

We can also add on our projector package for an additional £25.00! This can be the large screen (as shown) or our smaller screen.

Prices are as follows…

1 teepee - £50
2 teepee's - £95
3 teepee's - £125
4 teepee's - £150
5 teepee's - £170
6 teepee's - £190

(Please also note that all sheets, quilt covers, pillows and cushions are washed, dried and ironed after each use ☺️)
