Good morning
We hope you are having a good weekend! We have been thinking (dangerous, we know!) about doing a curry night... so you would have the choice of 5 homemade authentic currys which would come with naan, samosa, onion bhaji, poppadom and dips for you to reheat at home. Would anyone be interested in this? Feedback and suggestions welcome! Bonjour

We will be having another night out in the van soon, dates and menu to be confirmed, but don't worry we are not just a one trick pony we have a couple of hot and cold buffets to keep us out of trouble.

Remembering British TV legend and WWII veteran Buster Merryfield.
In contrast to his famous ‘Uncle Albert’ character, Merryfield spent the war in the army, where his physique resulted in him being made a PT and jungle warfare instructor. Awarded an Emergency Commission in the Royal Artillery on March 13, 1942, Buster was promoted to the rank of 2nd Lieutenant (228987).
It was ‘during the war’ that he first discovered his love of acting when he served as an entertainments officer, putting on shows for the other troops. Merryfield was demobilised from the Army on March 16, 1946.
Merryfield joined Only Fools and Horses in January 1985, as the former seafaring Albert Gladstone Trotter, known as Uncle Albert.
He passed away in June 1999 at the age of 78.

1st night went well, thank you to everyone who supported us and thank you to Wookey hole club for having us.

We will be serving food from 5pm Saturday 24th at the Wookey Hole Club which will have live music on from 9pm, the menu will be up later this afternoon

Well we have our 1st night booked in at the Wookey hole club which will be a burger night along with live music on the 24th September menu to be loaded up soon with times
