First up, we've got our Grilled Veg and Halloumi Skewers - a blend of charred, smoky goodness paired with that irresistibly squeaky cheese. 🍢 Did you know halloumi has been a staple in Cypriot cuisine for centuries? It's all about tradition meeting the grill here!

Next, our Salmon Crostini is making waves. 🐟🍞 Fresh, zesty, and with that perfect crunch... And speaking of perfect pairings, our Surf and Turf with Salsa Verde is a match made in heaven.
