You spend months (and often a lot of money) planning your perfect day, so you want to be sure that you capture memories from the big day - here are some ideas to make sure you never forget your special day.

Photographer - OK, this is the obvious one, but make sure you hire someone you are comfortable and relaxed with.

Photobooths - a great idea for capturing the evening antics and your evening guests, particularly if your photographer has gone by the time they arrive.

Disposable Cameras - pop a disposable camera on each table and get your guests to capture their memories of the evening, maybe arrange an evening with some of your guests after you get the prints back to relive the day.

Guest book - messages from your guests are a great way to remember your big day, they can really capture everyone elses experience of the day.

Video messages - get someone to put together a video of messages from your guests, if you want heartfelt, we recommend getting these done earlier in the day, if you're after funny, then wait until after everyone has had a few drinks

Social Media - a lot of people ask for a Social Media blackout around their wedding, but asking your guests to share their own pictures on your social media pages is a great way to get more candid shots. However - you may want to add some rules around this to ensure there are no awful pictures of you.

I'm sure most brides to be would agree, dress shopping has to be one of the most exciting parts of planning a wedding.

So here are our tips to help you when choosing the dress of your dreams.

👰 Are you able to walk in the dress? When trying on dresses, make sure you can move easily!

🪑 Can you sit down in your dress? You will need to sit down to sign your register and for your meal. Not to mention you may want to rest your feet after all that dancing.

👙 Don't forget to take suitable underwear when wedding dress shopping, you won't get the full effect if you've got a bright spotty bra on under a beautiful white dress.

👠 If you have already got your bridal shoes (or know the style you want), take them with you.
