Second surgery elbow surgery ✅

Although it’s gone well it could put me out of physical work for 6-12 weeks … I’ve been told not to lift anything heavier than a cup of tea for the next 6 weeks so this is pretty bad timing for my teeny seasonal business just before the season…

Luckily bell tents are up (in anticipation) and most of the heavy lifting is done.. just smaller lighter work now that might just require a helping hand or taking more time to complete. And hopefully I’ll be able to open up the solar cafe soon.. I should still be able to make a good coffee ☀️

This trailer’s been in the big picture for a while now, and most of those close have had to sit tight with me whilst its come to fruition. I’ll be sharing more photos of the inside and progress for it to become the mobile cafe it was designed to be.. (and drip feeding obviously make instagram happy with me..) starting with these two photos from the day I went up to collect it, super excited for it to be ‘finally coming home’!
I just had to share the second photo of the total legend, Nikki who helped make it all possible. ❤️
Not only is she already running the show and .. she’s crazily gone and accepted helping me on my mad adventure and I couldn’t be happier and more grateful. Thank you universe for being us together, we’re expecting fireworks and madness from this little partnership ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Cody at nursery yesterday 😍
Bringing up Cody this way is one of my biggest motivators to start this business, and show him the things that I think should really matter to us and our planet 🌎
Were hoping to home school in the long term so we’re also really lucky to have amazing childminders like Ben taking such great care of our boy in the meantime ❤️
As I write this we’re also getting ready for Cody’s first day at forest school today, I’m sure he’ll love it 🌿

👩‍🍳Freshly baked and delicious foraged and 🤤

🥣ingredients

350g self raising flour
80ml oil or 85g vegan butter
100g vegan grated cheese + 20g to sprinkle on top
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
30g wild garlic chopped finely
150ml milk with a Splash of lemon
