A time for elves is upon us - but watch out for Trolls !!!

This was the cryptic suggestion put to us today by one of our volunteers to the possibility of the keyboard warriors who will be hammering away when they’ll see the large Christmas Lighting frames going up on Sunday 3rd November and plead Why??
Well…..
There are only so many weekends in November and this time around as well as the due respect to Remembrance weekend (9th & 10th Nov) when there’ll be no activity we are challenged by the weekend calendar dates falling badly for us.
-
We will be busy on Saturday and Sunday 16th & 17th November putting 200 Christmas trees up in Wetherby & Collingham -
-
and then again on Sunday 24th November to erect Wetherby’s big tree.
-
All this is to ensure we are well prepared & ready for the Christmas Lights switch on event organised by the WBA on Sunday 1st December.

The Outdoor Team had a soggy day on Saturday but things 💫🎄🧑‍🎄 ‘are beginning to look a lot like Christmas 🎄 🧑‍🎄💫. Thanks guys for all your work 👏👏👏 - set the alarm for Sunday morning tho’ there’s work to be done 😩
