Here’s a stat that always gets me:
70% of children decide whether they’re “good at science” before the age of seven.

This is why we don’t use worksheets.
We use pipettes, ramps, rockets, torches and puddles.

Hands-on exploration builds confidence.
Confidence builds curiosity.
Curiosity builds thinkers.

That’s the whole point of what we do at Mini Professors.

A few months ago I quietly shifted the direction of my business.

Not the experiments, they still bubble, fizz and glow, but the mission behind it.

I realised too many local children were missing out.
So I made it my goal to bring hands-on science into every early years setting across Weymouth and Dorchester.

There’s been a lot of knocking on doors, a lot of “We’ll think about it…”, but then a child says, “I thought science was boring… but it’s not,” and suddenly every knock is worth it.
