Celestial Catering was set up in 2014, by award winning chef Patrick Moore. With over 40 years of Catering experience, Patrick is now offering a bespoke service to meet all of your catering needs, for the following and more:
Buffets
Weddings
Funerals
Christenings
Birthdays
Anniversaries
Dinner Parties
Outdoor Events (eg. Hog Roast BBQs, Cream Teas etc)

Each menu is tailored to your requirements,

and prices will vary accordingly. Patrick is happy to discuss any special requests you have, and will do his best to meet your needs. Patrick is also fully qualified to deliver training in catering and hospitality. He is able to offer advice and support with menu planning, kitchen design and layout, cost effective purchasing and budgets, as well as offering advice on special diets. Patrick is also able to offer bespoke one to one training in culinary skills. City & Guilds Qualified. Advanced Food Hygiene certified. Health and Safety certified. Fully CRB/DBS checked. Winner of various culinary awards, and in 2007 was named 'UK Care Cook of the Year'

Valentines celebrations were held at The Weymouth Masonic Hall this weekend .... Forty guests were treated to a 4 course dinner, diners favourites included The homemade Tomato & Basil Soup to start, Salmon En Croute from the main selection.
Lemon & Lime Posset came out tops as a sweet choice followed closely by the Tiramisu.
The evening was complimented by some beautiful ambient background music.
