On the 22nd of February we had the pleasure of catering a Three course dinner for Harrison & Hetheringtons 100 year anniversary. Over 360 meals were served & a fantastic evening was held by all a great way to start the year!

Thank you so much to such a fantastic team!

*EDIT: Unfortunately due to some band members being unable to travel here safely, the band have had to cancel their performance tonight. The GOOD news is that we still have pizza, a keg of beer and some good music to play for you all!*

I thought I'd pop a menu up ahead of the up and coming theme night this Friday
Seated to serve canapé's @ 7pm

Chinese Theme night Menu
Canapes:
Prawn toasts, sticky pork ribs, sweet & chilli chicken wings
Aromatic duck pancakes-cucumber hoisin spring onion

TO START
Crispy ginger and soy chicken bau buns & chicken "pot" noodle soup

MAIN COURSES
Sweet & sour chicken, crispy chilli beef with peking sauce, 5 spice Belly Pork, Black pepper beef with onions, green peppers, and black bean sauce
Egg fried rice, salt and pepper chips, chow mein & prawn crackers

DESSERTS
Trio of not so Chinesey desserts yet to be decided
