The Sweet Tooth Fairy & Co as I prepare for Mothers Day & Easter 🐣🌷 just a little update:
Sadly this Valentines I didn’t feel the love ❤️ when it came to my little business, a number of people let me down on orders of which I put a lot of time & effort in to which was really disheartening, therefore I will be taking a £5 deposit on orders going forward, if you change your mind up to 48 hours prior to collection your £5 will be refunded (as I know things happen/occur & often cannot be helped) however once 48hr is reached I will be unable to refund your deposit as I will have already started my preparations & may be unable to sell on your order, please note this does not apply to personalised orders, deposits will not be refunded for personalised orders!
Thank you as always to my regular and loyal customers who keep me going & who send me such lovely feedback, this post does not apply to you and i have unfortunately had to take these steps because of the few individuals who think it’s okay to not reply or to just not turn up at the agreed time leaving me out of pocket. 😩
Small businesses have it hard as it is as we can’t compete with places like Tesco so please think about this when placing an order 💜
