With you from the initial planning stages and throughout. Ideal if you want most of the planning to be taken care of but are happy to take of the on the day events
-Venue Sourcing
- Supplier Sourcing: photographer, videographer, cake, caterer, florist, transport, wedding attire, hair and make-up, stationery, entertainment, lighting and decor
- Creating floor-plans, dreamboards and helping with the styling of the wedding.
- Budget control / paying of invoices etc
- Attending consultations with suppliers
- Developing a bespoke timeline fo your day to distribute to all suppliers
- Setting up and decorating your venue
- Regular meetings and unlimited e-mail and phone call support
- RSVP Management
-Co ordinate suppliers prior to the wedding discussing timings, location and parking
- All pre arrnaged prior to the wedding but Not in attendance on the day

When you have already planned your big day and need someone to step in all manage to event. I will co ordinate everything ad ensure your runs smoothly
- Arrange meeting approximately 6 weeks before your wedding day to finalise the details
- Create a timeline of the day
- Contacting all of your pre arranged suppliers to consult and confirm arrangements for the wedding day
- Attend the venue early on the day of the wedding to greet suppliers and direct them according to your agreed timeline
- Be the point of contact in teh final stages and throughout the day for you, your guests, the venue and suppliers
- Manage the timeline on the day
