Just over a week ago we had the pleasure of attending a wedding fayre at the stunning local gem that is The Hop Rooms Elgood & Sons Ltd ! If you haven't managed to go and check out this amazing wedding and events venue, you really must add it to your list!

It was great to set up and serve a delicious BBQ menu and catch up with some other incredible local event suppliers as well as meet some wonderful couples who are planning their special days!

Congratulations on your engagement!

If you are planning an upcoming wedding, or any other significant event or celebration for that matter, come along and see at , Wisbech, Cambridgeshire in all its glory at the Wedding Fayre this Sunday (Sunday 13th April 2025). We will be there preparing, grilling and serving delicious BBQ food between 12 and 2pm.

On the pick and mix BBQ meat menu we will have traditional Lincolnshire sausages, classic beef burgers, lamb kofta kebabs, Chinese chicken skewers and peri peri Chicken skewers! There will be vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available too.

All available for £10 per plate - this includes three grilled options, plus fresh salads, breads and sauces.

What a delicious Sunday lunch alternative whilst sitting in the grounds, drinking a cold refreshments from the bar! See you there!

***New team member announcement***

With another busy Sizzler BBQ season ahead of us, we have taken on some new recruits and we wanted to take this opportunity to introduce two of our newest team members before things get too busy!

Please give a very warm welcome to Barbie and Cue, they are going to be a great addition to the Sizzler team and are very much looking forward to meeting you all; grilling a delicious feast and serving you! Their favourite part of the job is taste testing, cleaning the plates and they are great at emptying the bins too! Their hobbies include cuddles, kisses, playing tricks, swimming and playing a game of ball! They accept bones and biscuits as a tip if you spot them working exceptionally hard!

So, if you have a wedding, birthday, anniversary or corporate celebration in the pipeline, Woof Woof - get in touch for a chat with the team! Barbie can't contain her excitement with a powerful tail wag and Cue loves to sing as the phone rings!

As previously mentioned, we will be grilling and serving at The Hop Rooms wedding fayre on 13th April 2025! 🥂🌟

This is a great opportunity for any prospective customers and clients to pop along and meet us, see our set up, chat to us about catering requirements for a special event (weddings, birthdays, anniversary or corporate), and purchase some of our delicious food for an alternative Sunday lunch. 🥰

On the menu we hope to have:
*Traditional Lincolnshire sausages

It was a fabulous night at the awards on Friday! Held at the March Braza Club, Cambridgeshire we were invited to join a whole host of fabulous local businesses to celebrate many aspects of our businesses.

Although we didn't win, we were delighted to be finalists (a.k.a the top three bisinesses in our region!) in the CUSTOMER CARE category. This truly demonstrates the emphasis we place on ensuring that every customer gets the best service from the very first enquiry point through to the ex*****on and follow up after each event.

Well done to the whole team at Iliffe Media Group for putting on such a sparkling and fantastic event - making us feel like VIPs for the evening!

Well done, also, to some of our amazing connections for being fellow finalists too - we are all winners!
