Chef Tim Zekki has popped up as The Lop Eared Pig, catering for festivals and good food markets, and as Duende pop up restaurant, roving around the country. Tim currently offers private dining with 5 or 7 course tasting menus, and events working with various venues. National Chef of the Year Semi finalist 2021.
