A message I received yesterday completely blew me away.. so overwhelming and how thoughtful of this lady to message me at such a hard time for her & her family to let me know.

Words just aren’t enough but she also told me she will be able to look at that balloon and smile as it’s like her mom is keeping it alive for her dad so that fills my heart knowing it’s helping just that little bit ❤️
