The lighting of the beacon is at 9.15pm by the RWB Town Mayor

We look forward to hosting a FREE Community event on Thursday 6th June from 6:30pm for to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the D-Day landings.

The celebration will culminate with the lighting of the RWB beacon at 9.15pm, joining other lit beacons throughout the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and UK Overseas Territories.

41 Degrees Big Band will be headlining the event, alongside The Wessex and Cantanti Choir

Food vendors will be onsite plus fairground attractions and a vintage cars display.

We would love to see the whole town at the rugby club to celebrate together.

We’re hosting the cycle teams involved in the 'All Roads Lead to Rome' MND fundraiser on Saturday with our clubhouse used a staging post on their journey.
