It was our pleasure to cater for a private dinner party last weekend. With a 3 course menu of chicken, sun dried tomato and spinach ballotine with a herb crumb, feta and tapenade to start, a duo of lamb rump and loin with dauphinoise potatoes, field fricasse, carrot purée and a red wine jus for main, and finished with a deconstructed biscoff cheesecake!
