FREYA 🧡 As a minimal makeup wearer, Freya asked for a look that was lightweight and fresh and made her eyes stand but still left her feeling like 'her best self'. She wanted to incorporate her wedding colour scheme into her bridal makeup but in an understated way. Here's how I achieved it... As a gorgeous natural redhead, with deep chocolate eyes, copper and gold was the pallette of choice for her eyes. Using these tones truly captured the Amber tones in her iris, brought them to a 'pop' but still felt natural. We smoked up the lash roots, added volume to her lashes with a few precisely placed individual clusters and laden them with mazzie. Not used to wearing any foundation and having a natural high colour in the cheek, I built up a very light application of airbrush foundation, used colour correction under the eyes with light concealing layers to hide any blemishes and imperfections. She didn't even feel she was wearing a base! I added a little liquid blusher in a soft peachy pink to add in the high colour she is used to seeing, just adjusting it to a higher point on her cheeks to lift her features. With lips, she opted for a warm, peachy brown for a slight statement lip, bringing her whole look together. Doesn't she look incredible! 🧡 What a fab morning we had at a gorgeous air b & b in Hereford. Surrounded by her family and friends, pastries and sweeties were flowing, the festivities progressed beautifully, and everyone looked amazing.
