As we come to the end of another incredibly busy week, I am reminded of the immense privilege it is to tell the life stories of so many remarkable individuals. This week was especially poignant, with young children involved, bringing a deep sense of heartache but also a profound reminder of the strength of love and family. I am forever grateful for the trust placed in me to honour these lives and create moments of connection and healing during such difficult times ❤️

It's not very often you see a fishing rod in a chapel, but there was nothing ordinary about today's incredible man. He didn't want a funeral, he wanted a 'leaving doo" so we had a good laugh at his escapades and "cheersed" to him with shots of Glenfiddich.
He spent time in the Parachute Regiment, Australian Police Force and a full career in South Yorkshire Police Force. He was an absolute character with an adoring family.
