This is officially the scariest thing I've ever done! 😬

I am currently in training for an expedition to Poland, where we will be climbing the highest mountain in Poland in our shorts & T shirts, assisted with our amazing trainers Ice Warrior

My training has started in earnest with walks up Moel Famau, as well as daily walking, I have been getting my kit ready - lots of things I never thought I would need, such as Ice Cleats (crampons) and the Whatsapp group chat is becoming increasingly busy with excited (and a bit nervous) chatter! ⛰️

We have snow!
It’s changed my plans for the day, but there are times when you just have to hunker down.
Here’s some of my rubbish photos of the snow, and my feet in the snow.
Now don’t knock this til you’ve tried it, it’s exhilarating and you feel awesome afterwards! And it’s part training for my adventure with in Poland 🇵🇱 in December.
