What fun was had last night at The Flower Shed's first "Host at Home" wreath making workshop of 2023!
The girls were a fantastic talented bunch, with lots of different designs taken home with them.

๐๐ฐ๐ธ, what a day this was!!! My first time dressing The Cider Barn & it was the hottest day of the year - the good thing was, that the flowers stood up to it better than I did!!
The Barn really is a stunning venue to put your very own stamp on for those DIY weddings!
Here L & R chose a gorgeous colour scheme of pale blue & white & the flowers complimented the setting beautifully, using seasonal flowers in a natural style.
A full trestle table length garland highlighted the top table, dainty bud vases lined the long trestle tables using a variety of different blooms in each vase & at the ends of the trestles sat the floor standing seating plans with gorgeous & very versatile flower meadows, which were moved to the front of the band for the reception.
The breathtaking cake sat on an oak barrel & was created by the amazing @thecakestudiobylisa - this cake actually bought me to tears it was so beautiful - something I have never experienced before!!
The ornate welcome & order of the day signs were dressed with rustic demi-johns filled with stems of blue & white flowers & foliage.
The quaint Church that the gorgeous L & R said "I do" in was decorated with foliage garlands, candles in hurricane vases & milk churns, which were all moved after the service to the Cider Barn ready to greet guests at the reception.
The milk churns were perfect for the Barn setting & ๐ด๐ฐ budget friendly, as they can be used in various places & moved to create impact on entrances, Aisle flowers, backdrops or at the ends of tables!
I always like to try & repurpose wedding florals as much as possible throughout your special day!

Growing up in the village of Montacute, Rose was able to walk from the family home, to the beautiful St Catherineโs Church, Montacute ๐
Rose opted for a gorgeous colour pallet ,consisting of seasonal flowers, including stems of eucalyptus grown in her beloved Granny's garden!
It was an absolute joy to create these gorgeous flowers, thank you both so much for choosing The Flower Shed to create them for your magical day.

There were other celebrations going on other than King Charles' Coronation a couple of weeks ago & it was for the gorgeous Shannon marrying her love Andy!
They married & celebrated at the stunning @symondsburytithebarn
It was my first time at Symondsbury and my word, it is beautiful!
๐ป This gorgeous couple were so relaxed to work with. Shannon specifically wanted ivory flowers - including ivory roses, lots of foliage & beautiful, cheerful sunflowers. There vibe was rustic barn charm.
The dainty jam jar pew ends were moved after the service to sit with the remaining 2 other varying sized Jam jars on the tablecentres. They all sat on log slices provided by the Bride & Groom, to give that gorgeous rustic feel that Shannon & Andy were looking to achieve.
๐ฐ The huge 3 tiered cake was made & decorated by a family friend using flowers provided by The Flower Shed.
I cannot wait to see the gorgeous photos from the talented Sadie Osborne Photography - it was an absolute pleasure to meet you! ๐ธ
