Great Job Grenada Football Association (GFA) !!

Marlon Glean, President of the Grenada Football Association (GFA), recently held a follow-up meeting with the vice president of FC Dallas, Chris Hayden. This meeting signals the start of deepening partnerships aimed at enhancing the skills and opportunities for Grenadian football talent.

One of the key points discussed was the arrangement for four coaches and two physiotherapists from Grenada to travel to FC Dallas in mid-January. This initiative will allow these professionals to gain invaluable insights into the coaching methodologies and training practices adopted by one of the leading clubs in Major League Soccer (MLS). This experience is expected to significantly enhance the skills and techniques that they can bring back home.

Moreover, the discussion also touched on the plans for tryouts for three senior national team players in the last week of January. This presents a golden opportunity for these athletes to showcase their talents on an international stage, potentially opening doors for them to further their careers in professional football.

There are also plans for youth national team players to train with the FC Dallas academy in the summer of 2025. By investing in youth development, the GFA is ensuring a sustainable approach to nurturing football in Grenada.

Both parties are excited about the prospect of youth national team players training with the FC Dallas academy in the summer of 2025. This exposure not only aims to develop the players' skills but also fosters a long-term partnership that could benefit Grenada's football infrastructure.

Overall, the discussions between Marlon Glean and Chris Haden represent a promising step forward for Grenadian football, highlighting a commitment to development and collaboration within the sport.
