Before the Hurricane:
1. Stock up on non-perishable foods and water.
2. Freeze containers of water and check fridge/freezer temperatures.

During the Hurricane:
1. Keep fridge/freezer doors closed.
2. Use coolers with ice if the power goes out.

After the Hurricane:
1. Discard perishable foods above 40°F for over 2 hours.
2. Use bottled/boiled water if the supply is contaminated.
3. Clean and sanitize surfaces and utensils.
