The texture of this one is so so good. Super smooth and melt-in-the-mouth yet crumbly. Extra generous with the cherries too! If you're in Sark tomorrow come and grab some Cherry Bakewell from the green in the Avenue!

No worries if you missed us at the market yesterday, I've just delivered a summer time selection to the post office (gallery stores) in Sark.
Including Sark elderflower & lemon and my personal favourite , mint choc chip! All smooth, creamy and delicious and traditionally made on Sark using Sark dairy produce🐮

It's a classic, you guys love it so it's on our Christmas list, is it on yours? Along with organic almond extract & toasted flaked almonds we use freeze dried sour cherries in our Cherry Bakewell flavour instead of candied ones. The sour flavour and crisp texture pairs perfectly with the sweet & creamy fudge. 🍒🎅🎄

Absolutely loving the Christmas aromas this pot of fudge is filling the kitchen with.🎄
A selection of ground Christmassy spices + a dash of organic ginger extract goes into our Gingerbread flavour. Warming and delicious.🎅

Hurray🙌🎄 We have began taking orders for Guernsey & the UK. This is the list of flavours to choose from. Each postal letter box will contain four bars of fudge, these are your choices. Each bar will be individually wrapped and labelled, and presented in a gift box. A perfect present for a fudge lover or split them and spread the joy as stocking fillers! Postal boxes are £20 including delivery!
