*How long does shipping take?*
Ans: Sea: 35-45 working days (except special orders)
Air: 2-3weeks
*after SHIPPING* (not after buying. So you only start counting after we tell you it's been shipped)

*Are Goods available in Ghana?*
Ans: *No*
*Unless stated* , all items are on pre order meaning they are not in Ghana.

*How much is shipping fee?*
All items are shipping fee inclusive *unless stated* and you will be informed when the shipping company tells us.

*Is refund possible?*
Yes. If we are yet to buy the item. Otherwise you wait, when goods get y to Ghana, we sell and refund. (Kindly note that we can buy the item even if the moq is not up)

*What is MOQ?*
Ans: MOQ means the minimum quantity we need to reach before we can buy that item

*What is shipping fee?*
Ans: Shipping fee is the cost of getting Items to Ghana. *It is not the same as delivery fee.*

Ans: YES. Shipping fee is based on the size (sea shipping) or weight (air cargo) of the item though it rarely happens.

*Who pay for breakages/faulty equipments or losses*
The shipping company, the supplier or us (if it got broken or missing at our end)

*How will I get my items?*
We deliver to every part of Ghana as long as we can get your station car or dispatch riders *at a fee*. Pick up is also allowed.

*Finally* We reserve the right to sell your goods and refund your money after 21days after arrival of goods.
