We held our staff engagement session for the 1st quarter of the year at our head office in East Legon, bringing together our offshore and onshore team
members.

The event, centered on employee welfare and professional growth, included presentations from Axis Pension Trust and the Social Security and National Investment Trust on retirement savings strategies.

Discussions also covered mental health awareness and financial wellness as part of the company’s 2024 wellness initiative.

As part of our Competence Training and Awareness Program, we held our Annual Fire Training program at the Headoffice with senior personnels from the Ghana National Fire Service to train our employees on how to; identify and eliminate fire risks, react and use extinguishers, practice safe exit routes and procedures, test and maintain fire alarms and other fire safety devices and when to call for emergency services. At Atlantic, quality and safety is embedded in all areas of our business operations and we ensure that our employees have the requisite training and awareness and are competent for the work that affects the environment.

Women have always been the backbone of a large majority of farming businesses and they have probably not had the recognition they deserve. Our #EmpoweringFemaleFarmerstoFeedtheContinent campaign is a project in line with our Community Empowerment Program (CEP), aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals 1 and 5 which seeks to empower all women and girls to reducing poverty.
